Rundown on Scientology Intelligence

The following is a firm corporate policy of all Scientology entities. It is applied invariably to those who criticize Scientology, its organization, or even its executives and staff who engage in unconscionable and even criminal behavior. It has been applied in this wise since the day it was issued in the year 1968 all the way to the present.  Note the requirement for regular, detailed reports.  A plethora of Scientology policy mandates that those reports are filed – and as noted in this one, cross-indexed – and retained for posterity (including for potential use in blackmail, see Scientology Literacy and Blackmail.)  There is no document destruction policy in Scientology, except unwritten (but firmly enforced) policy to destroy potential evidence when courts or law enforcement agencies indicate they might be interested in such evidence.

RUNDOWN ON INTELLIGENCE

(Originally written by LRH on 20 September 1968.)

I’m writing to you in the hope that by combined effort, we can bring some understanding into Intelligence.

First I’ll give you a quick rundown on how Intelligence works.

We have two main cycles as far as investigations go. The first is:

1. Some SP near an outer org starts attacking Scientology.

2. The Investigations Officer in that area cables or telexes his senior at International level and starts investigating the person behind the attack.

3. The Int level senior acks the report and expects to see regular reports on the SP being investigated.

4. A file is opened in both the outer org and Int level and the case goes on the CIC board as a project.

5. The investigation is carried on until the crimes are found and it is handed over to Prosecutions to get the SP put in a government accommodation.

Or:

5. The SP* gets scared and shuts up and the Int level senior directs the case to be dropped.

The second type of cycle is as follows:

1. The Int level senior, on going through the files, sees a possible source of future attack and directs an investigation to start on that person or group.

2. A file is opened and it goes on the CIC board.

3. Investigations Officer in that area starts investigating and we get the goods.

4. The whole thing is turned over to PR for action and exposure, or to Legal for prosecution.

Among these we have smaller cycles of action such as, “Get me a copy of such and such a book,” or “Was this SP ever trained in your org?”

At the same time all this is going on, Intelligence should be going through newspapers, magazines, etc., and taking clippings on medical, psychiatry, mental health, government, world finance and banking, oddball self-help groups and filing and crossfiling these to locate SPs. And cross-filing declared SPs in the area by connections and frequency of names, to see who the ringleaders are in that area so that they can be prosecuted for crimes. But an investigation is NEVER NEVER begun until

1) an SP attacks Scientology (threatens to sue, goes to his representative about us, etc.) or

2) the Int level senior orders an investigation to be started.

While Investigations Officers may investigate well, the main trouble is that sometimes they investigate the wrong things, such as:

a. Investigating someone who is not attacking us and who no one has ever heard of before, with no orders to do so.

b. Investigating public who have not attacked and who are more a job for Public Ethics, Registrar and ARC Break Auditor.

c. Investigating some nut who, for example, wanted to buy a meter to listen to Martians so he could pick up radio signals. This one would be a Public Ethics matter in the first place, as I can’t see a reason in the world why we should throw every nut we meet into jail.

d. Taking a request for information from an Int level senior, such as a request for a copy of a book, as an order to do an investigation.

e. Doing investigations on kooks and non-entities who are not attacking us.

Now, we are going in on psychiatrists and that IS a correct investigation so we expect to see reports on that. Reports would also be expected from an Investigations Officer when officially assigned to work on an investigation.

Although the above is all covered in policy, please get this straight with Investigations Officers.**

Scientology Intelligence Manual

The following is from Office of Special Affairs (OSA, dirty tricks and propaganda arm of Scientology) training manuals.  It is from Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Thus, OSA folks follow it without alteration or deviation for fear of being branded a ‘squirrel’ (someone who alters Scientology ‘technology’) by the guarantor of Scientology ‘orthodoxy’ David Miscavige.  It is published here to give folks a heads up on how the Scientology organized crime syndicate operates against dissenters.

INTELLIGENCE ACTIONS, COVERT INTELLIGENCE, DATA COLLECTION

by L. Ron Hubbard, 2 December 1969

A Case Officer runs agents who essentially are not known to the executive who is running the Case Officer.  The executive makes known to the Case Officer what he wants or can use.  This is sometimes developed from data already collected, given to the executive by the Case Officer.

The Case Officer is also known as an “Operator” or an Intelligence Officer.  It is up to him to find agents and come to agreement with them.  He himself knows and pays them. The agent is told what is wanted, gets it or finds how it can be gotten or doesn’t exist.  He is paid for what he gets or documents or data.

The Case Officer may “run” several agents.

There is always a chance that not all the money gets to the agents and always a chance the data may be planted by the agent or the document forged.  These are the chances one takes and prevents them as he can.

A covert operation can be arranged by a Case Officer, using agents but is normally on another set of lines so as to expose nothing of covert data collection by engaging on a covert operation.

Essentially a covert operation is intended to embarrass, discredit or overthrow or remove an actual or possible opponent.

It is a small war carried on without its true source being disclosed.

Generally the operation is preceded by data collection to establish the target validity and to plan the operation. It follows all the rules of war but uses propaganda, psychological effect, surprise, shock, etc., to achieve its ends.

Scientology Standard Operating Procedure

The following unalterable, senior policy of Scientology has been in continuous effect since March 1955 to the present.  It might help explain a few things you have observed.

The DEFENSE of anything is UNTENABLE.  The only way to defend anything is to ATTACK, and if you ever forget that then you will lose every battle you are ever engaged in, whether it is in terms of personal conversation, public debate, or a court of law. NEVER BE INTERESTED IN CHARGES. DO, yourself much MORE CHARGING and you will WIN.  And the public, seeing that you won, will then have a communication line to the effect that Scientologists WIN.  Don’t ever let them have any other thought than that Scientology takes all of its objectives.

The purpose of the suit is to harass and discourage rather than win. The law can be used very easily to harass, and enough harassment on somebody who is simply on the thin edge anyway, well knowing that he is not authorized, will generally be sufficient to cause his professional decease. If possible, of course, ruin him utterly.

Another OT VIII Has Seen The Truth Revealed

This is the story of how Halina Cirillo fell in and out of love with the Church of Scientology.

A bit of background about myself.  I was in Scientology for 40 years, on staff in Toronto through most of the 70s.   My original post was Director of Processing which I held for 3 years and was then recruited into the Guardian’s Office and held the post of  DG PR CAN.  As D of P I had 18 auditors in the HGC and our well done auditing hours at that time have never been matched since.  I left the GO in disgust in the late 70s after being shown confidential session data about my brother.  Then I became a public Scientologist, very active in the Church.  I am OT VIII, mid St Hill Special Briefing Course and am IAS “Patron with Honours.”  I have been successful enough in my business career to have been able to donate in excess of half a million dollars between the Bridge and other Scientology campaigns.

I resigned from the Church of Scientology on June 1, 2011 while I was still in good standing.

My adventure in Scientology began in the winter of 1971 when I witnessed a startling change in my brother within two months of his becoming a Scientologist.  He literally turned his life around.  This prompted me to visit the Toronto Org.   I threw myself into Scientology wholeheartedly.  I observed and experienced Scientology working fantastically well in the 70s but I started to notice things changing in regards to the application of the technology in the late 80s.  The biggest change I saw then was that the freedom of how to apply the tech, including personal ethics conditions, was no longer my choice – instead, the Church began to more and more dictate what tech to apply and when and how to apply it.

The following major incidents helped open my eyes as to the real state of affairs in today’s Church of Scientology:

1.    In 1989 I was told that three Toronto public Scientology opinion leaders wrote 300 reports about me which, based on what I was told, I considered to be mainly false and misleadingThe then CO WISE CAN (Mary Ann Frith) got involved and, based on these false reports, CSWed the International Justice Chief in an attempt to have me declared without a Committee of Evidence.  A non enturbulation order was issued on me. When I learned of these reports (none of which were shown to me) I immediately flew to AOSHUK in England to get any necessary handling.  I was security checked and plant checked and nothing of significance came up.  I did an ethics program and returned to Toronto hoping and expecting this would remedy the situation. Unfortunately, it did not.

In a last ditch effort to handle this insanity I compiled a comprehensive rebuttal document which I forwarded to ED Int requesting a Committee of Evidence at Flag.  This was granted.  The Committee of Evidence was held in Toronto several years later.

I was ordered to more security checking at Flag and had to do a major, punitive ethics cycle.  My Flag auditor doing the security checking was dumbfounded that I had been ordered to do this again.  Nevertheless, I completed all the recommendations of the Committee of Evidence.  Even after doing all this it took me well over a year to get the non enturbulation order lifted.

The then CO OSA CAN (Janet Laveau) told me years later that these three people intentionally planned a campaign to get me declared.  To my knowledge none of these individuals were corrected.

The lesson I learned from this was that my Church, supposedly operating on truth, does not always practice what it preaches

2.  When I first began auditing on OTVII in 1994, the required 6 months checks were very short (3-4 days).  After the Golden Age of Tech for OTs came out (1996) things changed.  I couldn’t understand why security checking became more pronounced the higher I went up the Bridge.  I previously never had any objection or resistance to doing appropriate ethics cycles which resulted in release of charge.  After 1996 the 6 months checks consisted mainly of security checks laced with a presumption that one was really out ethics.  Despite having no real difficulty with my Solo auditing, the continuous security checking brought about a tremendous degree of introversion.  I couldn’t count the number of times I red tagged as a result of the security checking.

Part of the introversion was that for some time I thought this was just me, however, I later gradually found out from others on OT VII that they were encountering similar difficulties.

To complete OT VII is a humongous cycle.  I finally did so in 2005.  Before being allowed on the Freewinds to do OT VIII the Freewinds insisted I had to be security checked at Flag again.  This introduction for the first time to the Freewinds didn’t leave me with a warm, fuzzy feeling.  It didn’t get warmer and fuzzier.  I arrived on the Freewinds expecting that the summit of Scientology service delivery would epitomize the greatest amount of ARC anywhere.  Instead, I couldn’t believe the bad control I experienced.

Everything was micro managed to the hilt.  For example, I had some difficulty sleeping on the ship and needed to exercise in the evening to be fully sessionable the next day.  In the middle of my workout, all sweaty, I was ordered to the HGC and questioned by the Tech Sec why I wasn’t in session at 8 pm.  I never felt less free in my whole life and couldn’t wait to finish the service.  When I did finish OT VIII the examiner missed my FN and didn’t call it.  I was devastated.  Later on, she called me back and told me she missed it.  I was never so glad to leave.

The lesson learned here was that there is a tremendous dichotomy existing in corporate Scientology today.  For example, LRH says communication is the universal solvent but, in my opinion and experience, the Church prohibits free communication in many ways.  Corporate Scientology exerts stifling control over its parishioners – by the time one gets on OT VII one’s power of choice has been almost wiped out by the introversion they have brought about.

3.  In early 2000 while on OT VII I wrote to RTC requesting help with a cycle inToronto.  I was not satisfied with the way RTC handled the matter so I wrote to Executive Director International (Guillaume Lesevre) about it and I was subsequently dead filed by RTC.  I learned of this on my next 6 months check from an irate Flag MAA who assigned me a lower condition for questioning RTC and I had to do a major ethics cycle.

The lesson learned here was RTC won’t allow you to question them – if you do, you get dead filed.

4.      I was involved in an ongoing business dispute with my now ex partner (an OT VIII).   I decided to end the partnership and in late 2006 I proposed a 50/50 split which would have been a win/win arrangement.  He refused outright.  I tried for the next 18 months to resolve this directly between us.  This whole incident should have been a simple and easily resolved business partnership dispute.  It is the practice in Scientology that Scientologists are expected to use the services of WISE to get business disputes resolved rather than using the courts of law.  The involvement of WISE starting in 2008, and subsequently that of the Church, turned it into an incredibly arduous, punitive and costly cycle for me in particular.   In the Summer of 2008 my ex partner was on the Freewinds and, soon after returning, he advised me that the Freewinds MAA Samantha told him “to take control of the company and be at cause”.

Because of a legal gag order I am unable to go into all the details of what took place.  I can say that a WISE mediation was held in Fall 2008.   The WISE mediator ordered me to continue operating in partnership with my ex partner.  Believe it or not I reluctantly accepted this ruling but, within six months, things predictably fell apart.   WISE were unable to get anything resolved.  The Church now stepped up their participation considerably.  The WISE mediator arranged a meeting between himself, myself and the CO OSA CAN in her office and CO OSA interrogated me in a very unfriendly fashion about this whole situation.  She also asked me to lend money to my ex partner for a full WISE Dispute Resolution assuring me that he would pay me back.  The whole cycle had  become insane and it was now perfectly clear to me that justice would not be forthcoming from the WISE mediation, so I informed CO OSA that I would be suing my ex partner.

I then filed suit.  Two days after he was served (March 2009) we again agreed to attempt WISE mediation.  The mediation resulted in us splitting the files on a 50/50 basis (what I originally proposed in 2006) and each of us operated our business separately.  The WISE INT Enforcement Officer agreed that if I withdrew the suit there would be no further action or repercussions against me by WISE or the Church.

That turned out to be false – within two weeks Samantha, Freewinds MAA, ordered me to report immediately to the Freewinds for security checking under threat of a non enturbulation order and a declare.  I had little choice but to do so.  Once the security check took place I was flabbergasted to discover that a good part of it concerned disagreements with management rather than the business dispute.  I was told by the MAA and the D of P how they salvaged my life and how grateful I should be to give donations to the IAS and the Book campaigns for all they had done for me.  This cycle cost me about $90,000.  My ex partner was never forced to undergo such punitive measures to my knowledge.

Problems arose with the mediated settlement in the spring of 2011 and the WISE mediator failed to take steps necessary to remedy it.  I resigned from the Church on June 1, 2011 and again sued my ex partner on June 3, 2011.  The legal matter was finally settled in January 2012.

Lessons learned from this were that the Church, in my opinion and based on experience, lies about not getting involved in business matters of its parishioners, and that neither WISE nor the Church properly follow their own Justice policies.

CONCLUSIONS

I have experienced many great wins and life changing cognitions in Scientology.  But I have also realized that I have been the recipient of numerous and continuing subtle but destructive forms of indoctrination which combined into a highly effective form of mind control.  The net effect of this is a being with reduced self determinism with less control over his/her own life, and who blindly follows any and all direction coming from the Church.

It is well known that the only way to truly control people is to lie to them.  I have observed that the Church of Scientology is engaging in the use of lies on a wholesale basis for the purposes of controlling their parishioners.  I can’t believe now that I bought the Church line that it is unethical to read anything except LRH or to engage in activities other than those directly supporting Scientology (as stated by the Freewinds C/S).  I was truly shocked to recognize the diabolical mixture of good and evil that today’s Church of Scientology consists of.

I now understand why a self determined being such as myself would be so receptive to mind control practices as to blindly follow non survival and unjustifiable Church orders and mistreatment.  It is incredible to me now how long it took me to really wake up from my super-indoctrinated and somnambulistic state.

I can no longer be part of the Church of Scientology.  I now consider myself to be an Independent Scientologist.  My life has never been happier nor more stress free than since I left the Church.

Why Cold Steel and Scientology Don’t Mix

Over the past three decades Scientology Inc head David Miscavige has proudly and increasingly implemented what he calls the ‘ruthless, cold, chrome steel’ personality ‘necessary’ to manage Scientology.   It started with Religious Technology Center (RTC, the top of Scientology Inc’s chain of command).  Cold, chrome steel has made its way all the way down to local churches of Scientology.  More and more cops to prevent more and more potential ‘crime.’  More and more cops policing more and more dynamics. Public Scientologists taking on the valence of cops, confronting and informing upon friends and family members for creating an independent thought, for example. Look at the end product.

L. Ron Hubbard tells us why this has had such disastrous effects, and why the independent Scientologists movement has thrived and can be counted upon to continue to do so.  Fittingly, from the 4th of July, 1958 in a lecture titled The Fact of Clearing:

Man definitely has a right to certain happiness.  He isn’t going to experience that right under the circumstances of his own past. He can’t.  He’s too wound up in this and that. It’s not the mores of the society that prevent him .  It’s all of these delusions about how bad the other fellow is.

You have police because other people are so bad. I investigated police one time. I became a cop. That’s the best way to investigate something — become it for a while, you know?  You can go too far with that sort of thing. But where do we have, in essence here, a cave-in of the society?  What could cave the society in?

Well, all you’d have to do is have a police force and a society would start caving in.  Why? The police force constitutes a constant reminder that men are evil, which is a constant reminder that we must agree with these evil men.  Do you see how this would work?  Neat little trick.

Now, that doesn’t say that we are so starry-eyed as to believe that at this time we could dispense with all police. Or could we?

Now, you have to make up your mind which way you’re going to go with a society if you’re thinking about a new society of one kind or the another. And if you say, “Well, this society would be totally unregulated,” then we would be proposing an anarchy.  And all the anarchists tell us that the only way a society would work as a total freedom without government would be if everyone in it were perfect.

Well, I don’t know whether we propose — when we talk about a cleared society — whether we propose or not to have an anarchy.  That’s beside the point.  That’s up to the people who get cleared.  But I don’t think you’d wind up with an anarchy. I think you’d wind up with a much finer level of agreement and cooperation because I think you’d then be able to realize the rest of the dynamics.

The cops are there only because the rest of the dynamics aren’t there! So, if you put those back into society, then you’d get a society.

Miscavige and Misogyny

Definition of MISOGYNY

: a hatred of women

— miso·gy·nic adjective

— mi·sog·y·nist noun or adjective

— mi·sog·y·nis·tic adjective

Origin of MISOGYNY

Greek misogynia, from misein to hate + gynē woman — more at queen

First Known Use: circa 1656     – Merriam-Websters.com

Many here have expressed dismay while attempting to divine David Miscavige’s “logic” in launching perhaps the largest footnuke in Scientology history by suing Debbie Cook.

Mike Rinder and I went through the same process the moment we first finished reading the lawsuit and motion for Temporary Injunction.

However, Rinder in his inimitable, deliberative style soon summed up what I believe to be a perfectly accurate estimation of Miscavige’s thought processes in one succinct sentence.

Mike read the following from Debbie’s 15 January email to the “church”:

“I put out a simple message to not support anything not covered in tech or policy by L Ron Hubbard and to go up the Bridge.  How is that so horrible and despicable?  Oh, I forgot, I dared to challenge DM.  My OL (Opinion Leader) is L Ron Hubbard.”

Mike turned to me and said, “I know exactly what happened;  Miscavige read this and said, ‘I AM GOING TO TEACH THAT BITCH A LESSON’.”

Mike was spot on because Mike understands that at bottom David Miscavige is the worst sort of misogynist.

When I joined the Sea Org in January 1978 one thing that impressed me about Ron Hubbard’s international organization was that it was way, way ahead of the times in terms of gender equality.   Some of the most powerful figures in Scientology – all appointed by L Ron Hubbard himself – were women.   Mary Sue Hubbard and Jane Kember on the Guardian’s Office side, and Dede Reisdorf Voegeding and Gale Reisdorf Irwin on the Sea Org side.

Well, the first order of business in Miscavige’s rise to power was the calculated, systematic destruction of all four of those women.

But, that was not the end of it.

Upon formation of Religious Technology Center, which was intended to carry out an international Qual function so as to guarantee the practice of Standard Technology in churches of Scientology, L Ron Hubbard appointed two more women to its highest positions, Inspector General – Annie Tidman Broeker; and D/Inspector General  – Vicki Aznaran.

Both very competent women were ruthlessly taken down by Miscavige.

By the late eighties there were but four remaining high-profile, internationally recognized women executives heading major Scientology entities, Terri Gamboa at Author Services Inc (ASI, before it became a glorified sales con outfit), Janet Light at International Association of Scientologists (IAS), Bitty Blythe Miscavige as Commanding Officer CMO Int,  and Debbie Cook at Flag Service Organization.

When Miscavige’s ordered criminal reg tactics of ASI were creating big external threats for the church, he blamed it all on Terri and blew her off.

Bitty rose to the position of Inspector General – chiefly on the merits of her years’ long projects to help upgrade Flag into a two million dollars a week income cash cow.  Janet was left to get on with it as she turned IAS into an even more profitable outfit, albeit out-exchange and criminal, than Flag.

Bitty had her ups and downs and ups, but in the year 2000 she too was blown off by Miscavige’s misogynist behavior after having the temerity to challenge him.

Then in early 2007 Janet was imprisoned in the hole and broken after expressing disagreements with Miscavige’s  increasing greed and criminality.  Shortly after Miscavige sent his own wife, COB Assistant Shelly, to a gulag because she too began to question Miscavige’s sanity.

That left Debbie as the last powerful woman in Scientology standing.  If you’ve been following since her New Years message this year, you know the misogynist behavior Miscavige visited upon her.

And when Debbie drew a line in the sand and told the dictator “make my day” he could not resist his own evil, misogynist impulses.

My guess is that if there were a support network like the Independent Movement in place back in the day none of these powerful women (all friends and trusted confidants of L Ron Hubbard) would have given up and left Scientology behind.

In my mind Debbie stands for all the great women of Scientology.

When Debbie told the SP “no!”, she represented every former great woman in Scientology that Miscavige blew off or destroyed.

When she prevails it will rehabilitate the power of female legends in the history of the Scientology movement.

It will restore complete gender equality in Scientology for the future.

It will quite possibly mark the end of Miscavige’s reign of terror; for the simple reason that I imagine he cannot live with the fact of being bested by a woman.

Note: While the above is only a brief overview, the details of the misogynist, sexist nature of Scientology Inc’s supreme leader and its effect in destroying Scientology Inc will be fully exposed in my upcoming book.

Inner Core Meltdown in Miscavige’s Bunker

In the past year three, if not four, of Miscavige’s five closest aides have left not only his inner circle, not only the International Scientology Headquarters base, but also have left the Sea Organization.

Circa early 2011 Miscavige’s “org board”, if one could call his arbitrary chaos such, was manned as follows:

Chairman of the Board -  Miscavige

COB Hey You Enforcer (Jenny Linsen Devocht)

COB Project Ops/WDC for Idle Orgs (Angie Blankenship)

Int Landlord Building team   (I/C  Bob Wright,  2nd Laurance Barram)

Spokesman/Celeb Boy Friday, (Tommy  Davis)

For the past several years new buildings have been 90% of Miscavige’s and Int base’s focus.  That is why Blankenship, Wright and Barram were so cherished by Miscavige.

So important to and trusted by Miscavige were these building people, that beside his Communicator Laurisese Stuckenbrock, these five were the only people Miscavige communicated with daily consistently for any appreciable amount of time.   Realize, every one of the five are fourth stringers – but that is what he was down to in 2011.

So trusted was this handful of people that when John Brousseau escaped the Int base to my home in Texas in April 2010, Miscavige sent four of these five people in a private jet to recover him (Tommy Davis, Angie Blankenship,  Bob Wright and Laurance Barram).  As JB’s evidence unfolded on this blog for months, all four were driven into the ground by Miscavige for their epic failure of a mission.  Three of the four responded by going out 2D (sexual relations outside of marriage).

Angie Blankenship got pregnant by the step son of OT Ambassador (and IAS robot) Tony Falcaro, whom she finagled into a secret liaison while supervising heavy building extortion on public and outsourcing expensive building plans in Los Angeles.  Angie was routed out with her new beau and they were put up in Tony’s Santa Monica condo.

Bob Wright and Laurance went out 2D and were routed out into a comfortable little home just a few miles from the Flag Land Base in Clearwater Florida.  They have an over the top flood light system in the front yard and literally hid behind furniture like rats when a former Sea Org comrade paid a visit to see whether they could use a hand re-adjusting in the real world – then squealed to Miscavige for “help.”

Blankenship, Wright and Barram being of the weaker, out ethics stock that filled the vacuum around Miscavige when anybody who had any real life heavy lifting experience left (JB being the last of them) were all too anxious to be bought off with handsome “severance packages” for their continuing cooperation with Miscavige’s ongoing obstruction of justice.

All three witnessed Miscavige’s serial violence and human trafficking violations right up to this year.  Blankenship in fact was Miscavige’s number one enforcer during the early years of the Hole (prison and torture chamber at the International base). All three will never speak a word of it, because all three have been made materially comfortable for life by Miscavige. Miscavige has surrounded himself with out-ethics types who care for personal comfort and wealth above the rights and freedom of their fellows.  None of them know the first thing about what Scientology is nor do they have any familiarity with the gains it can deliver.

This is the level of ethics at the top  of the “church” of Scientology’s organizational structure.

Tommy Davis has been disappeared by Miscavige.  He is reportedly negotiating away his right to free speech and duty to report serial federal felonies in exchange for comfort and “protection” at this writing.

All Miscavige has left are two women whom he always had 2D designs on, his “Communicator” Laurisse Stuckenbrock and Jenny Linsen Devocht.   Both have been fashioned into back stabbing, cutthroat shrews by the hand of David Miscavige.  Jenny had a pscychotic break in the hole in 2004 after the treatment she got for nattering about Miscavige.  She has been an unquestioning attack dog for him since.  Once in 2010 when Jenny comm lagged on a Miscavige question Miscavige had Laurisse slap Jenny hard repeatedly across the face.  That is right, after Miscavige had 42 sworn declarations signed by Int base staff (including Jenny and Tommy Davis) swearing Miscavige had never visited violence upon a single soul, Miscavige ordered the woman (Jenny) who on national television told Anderson Cooper to his face that Miscavige had never initiated violence ever, be delivered a severe beating by Miscavige’s Communicator directly.

The Miscavige bunker walls are crumbling while Miscavige’s reach shrinks and he is reduced to obsessing over getting to people who know his crimes and buying them before they turn his sorry butt over to the authorities.

Meanwhile, the International headquarters of radical corporate Scientology  burns, figuratively.

As my earlier predictions of sociopath Miscavige’s self-implosion materialize, it is incumbent on us all to gear up to pick up the broken pieces, those thousands of gullible Scientologists who have remained under the dying dictator’s command.

The strategy is simple: Deliver, prepare to deliver more, then deliver more.

In my opinion, training is the key to the kingdom – as there is far too much grab-ass going on in the field being passed off as Scientology.

International Finance Police – a blast from the past

Some of you old timers might recall the early eighties when Wendell Reynolds lead a group of Gestapo-like storm troopers called the International Finance Police. They used to storm into Missions and even private businesses running a literal protection racket. A protection racket for those not familiar with the history of the mafia is simply this: a) the mafia walks into your establishment and ask if you want to pay a fee to protect your business, b) the shop owner says “protection from what”? c) the thugs beat the hell out of the shopkeeper and empty his register and say, “from that.”  To those who received the Reynolds Finance Police treatment this will no doubt sound familiar. Well, when the Finance Police had collected many millions of  dollars, leaving a number of broken Missions and businesses behind and enough people were ruined to the point of having nothing to lose and so raised a huge enough stink, and after society in the form of the media had to step in to put ethics in, suddenly Reynolds was gone for several months (specifically April through June 1982).  WDC Reserves (Mark Ingber)  took Reynolds off post. Miscavige took extreme measures to distance himself from the debacle and Reynolds – at least as far as Scientology public and the public at large are concerned. When the media heat was off, and DM’s thirst for extorted money became uncontrollable – and many of the complaining public were declared and discredited – magically Wendell re-appeared leading the storm trooping Finance Police on an uninterrupted reign of terror.

Fast forward to July 2009. Miscavige ordered International Management Hole members to write 250 pages of affidavits defending Miscavige from recent public information implicating him in serial human rights abuses.  The effort was so frenetic to paint DM as their Dear Leader – compassionate and kind to the point of nursing injured sparrows back to health – that the Int Finance Director (aka Int Finance Dictator, Wendell Reynolds) went overboard and proved Miscavige’s public disavowel and ignorance of Finance Police abuses to be a sham. Here it is in Wendell’s own fresh, sworn testimony:

“Between April and June 1982, I was off post, doing menial tasks through an injustice initiated by a failing executive in my organization. Mr. Miscavige was intrumental in correcting that injustice and restoring me to post. He additionally acted to preserve my security on that post by installing himself as a senior authority over my area so I couldn’t again be knocked off post injustly.”

“I declare under the penalties and pains of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed this 28th day of July, 2009.
